Strategic Doing: An Agile Approach to Strategy Development and Strategic Execution
In this session participants will get an introduction to the Strategic Doing discipline incubated at Purdue University over the last 15 years. It is a more agile, iterative, and collaborative approach to strategy than traditional tools like strategic planning. Scott and his Purdue colleagues have distilled this approach to strategy down to ten rules. In this session, participants will get an overview of the ten rules and then a deep dive into one of the rules. Participants will each receive a complimentary chapter of Strategic Doing: The Agile Leadership Workbook. In the session, they will work through this chapter with Scott, gaining insights into a set of skills required to apply an agile mindset to help organizations set strategic outcomes and chart strategic pathways to navigate an unpredictable future.
