Parag is an experienced and proven senior organisational change, innovation and strategy specialist passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals improve their change capability and agility. He has been involved with a multitude of organisation wide transformation programmes with demonstrable outcomes and benefits across retail, hospitality, facilities services, not-for-profit and food & beverage sectors. His area of research and practice is trans-disciplinary integrating various fields such as systems thinking in practice, complexity science, psychology, design thinking, innovation, behavioural economics, neuroscience, anthropology and philosophy.
Parag has been part of the Agile Business Consortium’s Culture & Leadership working group since its inception. He co-authored the Agile Culture white paper and has developed an Agile Culture DNA card game. Please come and say hello to explore issues related to:

Parag is also a non-executive board member of the SCIO (Systems & Complexity in Organisations) and serves as a volunteer on the Change Management Institute’s Midlands branch. He has published various articles, research papers and co-authored an ‘Introduction to Managing Change’ guide published by the APM.
