Michael started his career in the start-up world creating his first million pound company by 19 years old. He went on to found seven companies with over 100 million pounds in forecast revenue before selling the companies at 26 years old.
Michael’s companies became in the top ten companies in the Australian telecommunication space with buyout offers from Australia’s Telecommunications giant Telstra similar to BT.
Michael then took a break to do self-development and leadership development on himself as he always had the feeling of imposter syndrome. He spent five years developing himself before returning to the corporate world full time. He started helping CIOs complete enterprise transformations to reduce operating costs and increase efficiencies. Michael has supported a number of business transformations of different scale, from 5,000 people through to 300,000 people. He is currently at Lloyds Banking Group, helping to deliver agile transformation as part of £3 billion investment into the company’s colleagues and technology.
Michael has many tools at his disposal to help organisations transform including Leadership Development, Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, NLP Master Trainer and is currently studying an MBA.
He has Prince2,MSP, P3O practitioner certifications so uses this knowledge to help bridge the gap between the old and new worlds.
