Regular feedback is at the heart of Agile. It gives the opportunity to discover blockers, internal issues and communication gaps fast, and in a straightforward way. But it’s time-consuming and sometimes the problems surfaced in retrospectives should be escalated to the managers immediately. In other cases one’s feedback can be useful for the colleagues in different teams, chapters or guilds.
Solving this problem we are working on creating an employee feedback app offering opportunities for immediate action, shortening the time between issue raised and issue solved. As a lean and agile company, Statusapp supports our agile approach helping us maintain clear and open communication. StatusApp is based on answering 3 questions every agile leader has to know at the end of the day and proved to be perfectly useful to identify and raise obstacles faster and more efficiently.
