This exercise is designed to enable people to explore the ICAgile competency framework to better understand the attributes of an agile coach.The exercise will connect you to this way of working, your team and yourself by spending some time reflecting on the different skills and competencies in the agile working space. The exercise enables you to reflect on what you do and how you do it.You will have the opportunity to work with others in the group.This may help you to reframe your thinking, to move to different areas of the working space to get different perspectives on your thinking about what you do.It can also enable you to consider your career goals and to use the exercise to create a strategy to take on some new behaviours in pursuit of that goal.
