Diana Barea is a Managing Director and leads Accenture Strategy’s Talent & Organisation Practice in the UK and Ireland.
She partners with her clients to rapidly reskill their workforces; disrupt their operating models to become more agile, innovative, productive and engaging for their people; and gear up for the workplace of the future with humans amplified and supercharged by machines. Her team’s work was a finalist in the CIPD’s best digital initiative in HR / L&D; and her thought leadership can be found on Accenture.com
She has over 20 years’ experience, a psychology degree from Bristol University, an MBA from London Business School, and a patent pending for a digital behavioural change initiative – the 30 Day Challenge app – that has driven unprecedented behaviour change at clients. She is a Professional Certified Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, and is passionate about developing the coaching skills of her colleagues and clients – to help leaders and their followers live better lives.
Diana also leads Accenture’s diversity initiative that supports employees in the context of their broader circle of family (children, parents, partners), friends and hobbies, so they can bring their whole selves to work. She has published in the Huffington Post on the importance of workplace equality for men as well as women.
