I use deep technical and organisational knowledge to help business leaders, organisations and teams deliver quickly and successfully. I put people first and find simple, pragmatic solutions to business and technical problems, often using lean and agile techniques. With over 30 years’ experience in IT, I’m a frequent speaker at technology conferences worldwide. Business Agility against the odds: Panel discussion with Daniel Terhorst-North and friends
16:00 – 17:00 on the 25 September 2019 in the Broadgate Suite
This is an attendee-driven ‘ask me anything’ panel discussion on the practicalities of addressing business agility head-on. Using sli.do, a web-based collaboration tool, anyone can propose topics and/or vote on them. Panel members will discuss the most popular topics, sharing their advice, stories, successes and failures.
The panel has a huge variety of experience across different backgrounds and industries. We have been members of delivery teams, led business functions and transformations, coached teams and organisations. We are spirited, hands-on practitioners who don’t pull punches and love a bit of banter.
This session is for anyone who is trying to improve how their organisation works and finds it more like wading through treacle than running through cornfields.
The panel members have a focus on growing people, learning, developing leadership, and applying principles and practices that make a measurable difference, rather than applying the sticking plaster of vanity metrics over the ‘weeping and infected wounds’ of the past.
