I am Adina and my consulting work focusses on business optimisation design and people development. My practice is based on extensive international business experience, applied business psychology and experiential cross cultural savvy and is informed by research, advancements in science and technology and ongoing professional development. As a result I am curious and open to diverse ideas and encourage others to enjoy the freedom of exploring a variety of perspectives and knowledge in collaborative dynamic settings.
I enjoy learning and sharing knowledge and to this end in 2018 I published the book titled “Career coaching with AI in mind “ (Routledge) exploring the impact that technology, AI and robotics will have on skills, work and jobs in the near future.
This year, my new book titled “Design thinking for smaller enterprise development” (Routledge) exploring the need for business to redesign its purpose and business models to respond to the eco-challenges that people, society and planet face, is being published.
And by a happy coincidence, the printed version will become available on the 26th of September 2019!
A day to celebrate twice: for my book’s publication and for my contributing to the Agile Conference as a Facilitator!
Facilitator Team Member
I will be delighted to utilise my skills and presence as a Facilitator at the 2019 Agile Conference, to stimulate emergent thought contributions in discussion groups, around conference themes.
Look forward to meeting you very soon!
