Session Type: Roundtable
Host: John Cropper and Peter Marlow
John Cropper and Peter Marlow will be explaining how NGOs manage complex projects. Come and find out:
and…how you can help
“Only a couple of gunshot wounds, everything is quiet tonight”.
Just how do you manage a response to an earthquake that has killed thousands, including staff and family, taken out your warehouse, ports and the airport? Or maybe your idea of issue management is that an airstrike has just destroyed your water distribution system. Do you feed refugees if they include mass murderers? Just how do you access people in a war zone? Possibly your stakeholders include violent extremists, who would kill you if they saw you….
