Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Agile Business Consortium Limited Terms and Conditions for the Agile Business Conference 2017 Prize Draw

This prize draw is open only to past delegates of the Agile Business Conference 2013 onwards (the Promoter being the Agile Business Consortium) at the time of entry. Employees of Agile Business Consortium Limited shall not be permitted to enter.
Participation in the prize draw is via electronic submission of the completed survey including the entrant’s name, email address and telephone number.
The winner will be selected at random after the closing date of Tuesday 21 February 2017, at 12 noon (GMT). After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
There is no cash alternative to the prize.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date and it is their responsibility to provide the Promoter with their full postal address and telephone number within 14 days of being notified of their win.
The winner agrees to their name and their employer’s name being published in the Agile Business Conference e-newsletter.
The contact details supplied by entrants will be used only to contact them should they win.
No correspondence will be entered into and the Promoter’s decision is final on all matters.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the Terms and Conditions of competitions at any time.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage or negligence as a result of participating in the prize draw.
The prize is two tickets to attend the Agile Business Conference 2017 on the 4 and 5 October, taking place at etc. Venues, 155 Bishopsgate, London.
