Jason Gaulden at the Agile Business Conference
To thrive in the future workforce, both employers and employees need to get comfortable with uncertainty. Rapidly changing technology is changing the way we work and the skills required to succeed. As a result, we must embrace flexibility, commit to a lifetime of learning, and creatively approach problem-solving. How do we prepare for a future we cannot predict? Agility is the answer.
Jason Gaulden is the Vice President of Partnerships for America Succeeds, a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business organizations focused on improving the nation’s education system. He co-authored “The Age of Agility: Education Pathways for the Future of Work,” a report which examines how advanced technologies are fundamentally changing the education-to-workforce pipeline. Prior to America Succeeds, Jason served as an Education Program Officer for Daniels Fund, a major philanthropy supporting education reform. Before that, he was a Senior Fellow at El Pomar Foundation, where he studied leadership, nonprofit service, and the philanthropic sector. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
