David Taylor

He is the author of the fastest selling business book in the world, The Naked Leader, and four global best-selling follow-ups. As a speaker, David has presented in 74 countries to over a million people. He is the only speaker to be voted European Business Speaker of the Year twice.

On television, David has transformed teams in Working Wonders (ITV), removed phobias on live television in The Salon (Channel 4) and most recently turned around a small company in decline to treble their profits in The Naked Office (Virgin 1) which was nominated for a Royal Television Society award.

He is the Visiting Professor of Leadership at Warwick University Business School, the Business Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust and Leadership Advisor to China on East-West relations.

Katie Taylor

Katie spent many years as a self-employed consultant, working on a wide range of projects for the likes of British Aerospace, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), British Gas and Astra Zeneca.  She specialised in enabling communication between different levels of staff, especially during times of radical change.

This experience proves invaluable at the University of Central Lancashire where she works part-time as Senior Lecturer in Agile Software Development and leads an MSc in Agile Leadership.  As a founder member of the Agile Research Network, Katie brings together knowledge and practice from research, teaching and industry to facilitate a better understanding of Business Agility
