Two lucky winners have bagged themselves a two-day ticket to the 2018 conference each!
Over on Twitter, we asked our followers to send us their thoughts on what will be the biggest barrier to business agility for the next generation. Richard Didsbury thinks the answer is simple: it’s their own minds! And he’s now the proud owner of a two-day ticket to the conference.
“My tips for breaking down the biggest barrier to business agility for the next generation? The colossal paradigm shift required in the Generation Agile mindset. Changing the way they think, engage and collaborate. We are going to have to create more innovative solutions to include future generations to embrace Agile. Not just LEGO Seirous Play and Gamification… but getting them to think outside of the box.”
Thanks to all who took part!
We received some other great comments on our competition subjects from those not lucky enough to win and thought it was only fair to share them with you. See if you can spot yours!
“Communicating without the aid of e-devices is proving more daunting for teens. They’re appearing to struggle to engage in quality conversation with non-friends, especially in person. Will this be an Agile challenge in creating Generation Agile?”
“There will be big communication challenges for Generation Agile – teens are adept at electric comms, more so than any other age group. Their world revolves around smartphones, tablets, etc. where virtual engagement rules, but they are challenged by traditional methods.”
