Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express online, however if you wish to pay by AMEX please contact us.

Take advantage of a free delegate place for every 4 paid registrations within the same organisation. A free delegate place will be offered for 1 day's conference attendance if 4 one-day places have been paid for by the same organisation. A free delagate place will be offered for 2 day's conference attendance if 4 two-day places have been paid for by the same organsation.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made prior to the 16th September 2008 there will be an administration fee of £40.
No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after the 16th September 2008 and the full conference fee will be payable. Substitute delegates are welcome to attend but the conference organisers must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the event by contacting info@agileconference.org
Non-attendance of the Event or no-shows will incur the full conference fee and no refunds will be made.
All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
All payments must be made prior to attendance at the Event.
Please note that for the multiple booking free delegate place, if one or more of the paid delegate places is cancelled, the free place will be withdrawn and normal cancellation charges will apply.

Please note that the conference organisers reserve the right to make programme changes if necessary
The Organisers also reserve the right to cancel the conference programme due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be given. The Organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss.
