Application for Agile Foundation Certification

We are very pleased to offer Agile Business Conference delegates the opportunity to take the Agile Foundation Examination. This is a multiple choice examination of 60 questions and candidates have one hour to complete the paper. Sample questions can be found on the website: http://www.dsdm.org/certification/agile_foundation.asp

There will be several opportunities throughout the conference so that candidates can choose their preferred time but places are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

The cost for the examination is £45 + VAT for candidates booking by 18 September (DSDM Consoritum members pay only £25 + VAT). For candidates booking during the conference (availability permitting) the fee will be £55 + VAT (DSDM Consortium members pay £35 + VAT). Please note that fees must be paid in advance of the examination.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made prior to the 18th September 2008 there will be an administration fee of £10.
No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after the 18th September 2008 and the full fee will be payable. Substitute delegates are welcome but the conference organisers must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the event by contacting info@agileconference.org
Non-attendance of the Event or no-shows will incur the full fee and no refunds will be made.
All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
All payments must be made prior to attendance at the Event.

The Organisers also reserve the right to cancel the conference programme due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be given. The Organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss.
